- For reservations of three or fewer rooms, cancellations and changes are not allowed after 4 pm on arrival date. Group reservations of 4 or more rooms can not be cancelled or changed after 4 pm the day preceding your arrival date. Special cancellation policies may apply on some holidays. Your credit card will be billed for the amount of the daily rate + tax for each room that is not cancelled by the required time.
- Due to unreliability of email delivery, we cannot assume responsibility for e-mail cancellations. If you require immediate action, please cancel via phone.
- Credit card info must be valid and chargeable on the arrival date or reservation may be cancelled.
- Your arrival time must be before 11:00 pm (front desk is closed from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am). Special arrangements may be made for arrival times after 11:00 pm.
- No pets or animals are permitted on motel property unless you receive permission during the reservation process. Fees may apply.
